A Visit From Canadian Alum

Yesterday I
spent about 4 hrs with John & Joyce Brinkerhoff
and Paul & Teena Gowdy here at the Ranch (Mercy
Ships). I gave them the nickel tour and introduced
them to some people and we took pictures in front of
the fireplace in the cafeteria and walked up to the
pole barn and stood around in the gym, talking about
"Within the Gates" and a bunch of other stuff.
We're going to gather local alumni on Sunday afternoon at Charlie and Shelley Moore's for a BBQ shindig and have more great times on Sunday. In the meantime they are here celebrating 25 yrs of marital bliss and visiting the places where it all began. Last night they stayed here in the old Hotel and today they are off on the next leg of their adventure.
Great times. Great friends.
