As we work on the AF web site we will try, from time to time, to share a little of the ongoing adventure of it all.

We can also post messages (for public consumption) if you like. They could be bits of info you remember, prayer requests, whatever.

When we get a little further along there will be ways to communicate with alumni on our private alumni pages too, so this will be more for historical things or for messages that we want the world and friends of AF who were not staff, missioners or employees to see.

Off to see Barry McGuire

I'm all dressed and got my face on and everything. Brought my bell bottoms and my hippie shirt and tonight Leslie Berrier and I are off to see Barry McGuire, Jannie Grine, Don Francisco, Dallas Holm and the Archers (among others) perform here in San Anton. It's been a rough week. My mom died last friday and since then there's been a flying trip to Marshall Illinois for the funeral and a lot of out of the ordinary activity. One of the things I've been trying to do is create some pages for the site here entitled Alumni In The Arts....Barry being the first among many...to go along with the Alumni In Ministry pages. With all that's been going on I haven't made much progress. So, amid all the other stuff that is going on the Lord has surprised me (we came to San Antonio this weekend to minister at Jim Berrier's Church and for my Jim to do a guest spot on his Sunday evening radio show (Resistance Radio). So, it's an alumni weekend and I have my trusty digital camera. Hopefully it's all charged up.
